Revised Rule 7.1(a)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure requires that in "an action in which jurisdiction is based on diversity under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a), a party or intervenor must, unless the court orders otherwise, file a disclosure statement. The statement must name--and identify the citizenship of--every individual or entity whose citizenship is attributed to that party...." By March 28, 2025, all parties are ordered to file disclosure statements. As a reminder, the citizenship of a corporation is determined by both the state of incorporation and the state where its principal place of business is located. 28 U.S.C. 1332(c)(1); Newsome v. Gallacher, 722 F.3d 1257, 1267 (10th Cir. 2013). Moreover, the citizenship of an individual is determined by his or her domicile, not just their residence. PHH Mortgage Corp. v.
