UniCourt Legal Analytics Reports – U.S. District Courts Securities Litigation 2019

In the legal industry, as in many others, reliable data forms the foundation for legal analytics that enhance business development efforts and power competitive intelligence on market share analytics, litigation trends, and new marketing opportunities.

To recognize the top litigators around the United States, last month UniCourt launched the first legal analytics report in our Leaders in Litigation series, where we recognized the top five plaintiff attorneys and law firms and top five defense attorneys and law firms for Labor Litigation across all U.S. District Courts.

For this month’s analytics report, we are highlighting the top lawyers and law firms for Securities litigation across U.S. District Courts YTD 2019. This report is based on our classification of NOS Codes related to Securities litigation, and for the purposes of featuring those in private practice, we did not include the Securities Exchange Commission or S.E.C. lawyers as top plaintiff or defense law firms/attorneys.
