(#13) MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting 11 Motion for Default Judgment. Defendants are ordered to pay statutory damages in the amount of $1,700 for each of the eleven violations, for a total of $18,700, pursuant to 17 U.S.C. Section 504(c) and 28 U.S.C. Section 1961. Defendants are ordered to pay attorneys' fees in the amount of $6,250 and costs in the amount of $507. Defendants are ordered to pay interest on the statutory damages, attorneys' fees, and costs, pur suant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1961. It is further Ordered the Clerk of Court shall enter judgment in favor of Plaintiffs and against Defendants and shall mark this case closed, and as more fully stated in said Memorandum Opinion and Order.
