DocketDescription: Order denying petition filed.; Notes: We have read and considered the petition for writ of habeas corpus filed on April 23, 2021. Petitioner challenges his July 2018 conviction for first degree murder, arguing (1) witnesses at trial were subject to coercion, (2) prosecutorial misconduct, (3) ineffective assistance of trial counsel, (4) the sentence imposed was cruel and unusual, (5) he is entitled to resentencing under SB 620, and (6) cumulative structural errors. Claims 1, 2 and 4 are procedurally barred. (See In re Dixon (1953) 41 Cal.2d 756, 759; People v. Samayoa (1997) 15 Cal.4th 795, 841; In re Seaton (2004) 34 Cal.4th 193, 199-200.) Even if claims 1, 2 and 4 were not barred, all of petitioner's claims lack merit and petitioner has failed to demonstrate a prima facie case for habeas relief(People v.
