Cause Of ActionCause of Action: Plaintiff's Claim; Type: Action; Description: Defendants Pit Bull attacked our Beagle, unprovoked, at the MacKay Dog Park in Lake Arrowhead. The owner had told Plaintiff Mark McDonald the previous day that his dog was not good with other dogs. Plaintiff took our dog to the dog park the day of the attack and did not notice when defendant put his dog in park with other dogs. Defendants' Pit Bull pursued Plaintiffs' Beagle and latched onto her, whipping her around for 7-8 minutes. Plaintiff was able to get the Pit Bull to release by standing on its head with both of her feet. Once it released, the Pit Bull again pursued our Beagle.
