Notice is hereby given that on March 7, 2017, at 3:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard in Department 501 of this Court, located at 1130 “O” Street, Fresno, CA 93721, Plaintiffs will move the Court for Leave to file a Third Amended Complaint, pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure §§ 437 and 576.
