Job: Account Executive

Location: Tustin, CA- US

Roles/Responsibilities

  1. Assist and collaborate with team members in closing out Enterprise deals
  2. Responsible to achieve individual sales targets where applicable
  3. Provide timely responses to clients and ensure TAT on calls/chats/emails is met
  4. Probe and understand the client use case to offer the most suitable plan/feature/costing
  5. Stay attuned to changes and trends in the legal space
  6. Updating and reviewing the Sales Playbook and any documented SOP to aid better Sales
  7. Developing and maintaining a repository of data with all relevant information for use in client correspondence, demo/meeting with client, management meeting etc.
  8. Identify existing or anticipated issues and provide solutions
  9. Proactively check all Sales opportunities and app usage for existing customer and identify scope for plan upgrades
  10. Post sales follow up with customers to check on product satisfaction
  11. Develop and maintain a good relationship with customers for a long term partnership
  12. Increasing the lead to closure rate and assist teams to upgrade existing accounts

Experience

  1. A passion & flair, coupled with a proven record in Sales, with a minimum of 6 years of experience.

Mandatory skills

  1. Must be comfortable with sales automation and the dynamic nature of the legal tech industry
  2. Must be flexible and fungible based on market developments
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong negotiation skills
  4. Should be able to work with sales CRM tools

Good to have skills

  1. Prior experience in SaaS Sales in the legal tech industry will be an advantage
  2. Experience using legal research applications will be an advantage
  3. Experience in legal tech, law firms, litigation management, and the legal industry will be an advantage
