Job: Product Manager

Summary

UniCourt is searching for a Product Manager, who will be part of our global product team and can lead a team of Business Analysts and Product Support.

The Product Manager will work with a US-based product team to understand business requirements, build and prioritize roadmaps (with epics, and user stories) and ensure that requirements are described in sufficient technical detail to be actionable by the development team. The product manager would also engage cross-functional teams including but not limited to support, data acquisition, sales, marketing and solutions engineering to ensure accuracy and timeliness of roadmaps.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Manage multiple teams a. A Business Analysts team that add definition to our roadmap features. b. A Product Support team that support our clients in their use of our products
2. The discovery, definition and documentation of requirements from US side teams with a focus on working with our US-side product and support teams.
3. Cooperate with product owners, support and other departments on requirements and prioritization
4. Create roadmaps based on input from product owners, operations, and internal teams
5. Create/Execute release planning
6. Orchestration of all interactions with Development
7. Provide prioritization to engineering managers
8. Ensure good User Experience (UX) from the customer point of view, be the voice of the customer to the technical teams
9. Define/Create the content of all development efforts (backlog management)
10. Manage the backlog and Jira epics as part of the requirements process
11. Manage larger scale internal or external product projects as needed
12. Coordinate with internal and external teams to complete projects
13. Oversee the execution of the development activities, participate in internal development meetings/efforts

Qualifications

1. Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Engineering

Required Skills

1. 10+ years of work experience in the IT/Tech Industry
2. 5+ years of product management experience
3. Experienced in using Project Management tools like Jira
