Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Have to understand our product and provide customer support
  2. Manage client on-boarding process: have a strong knowledge of our data, methodology and be able to explain these to internal and external stakeholders
  3. Learn product's REST API and respond to client queries to support them for smooth integration
  4. Work with CRM tools to track tasks and assignments on a daily basis by updating and responding to customer queries in a timely manner
  5. Interface between engineering and support/sales teams for customer related queries and escalations
  6. Manage disputes raised by customers, liaise between vendor and customer by collecting and presenting proper evidence
  7. Track on how the customers use the product and provide suggestions to engineering
  8. Generate timely reports on customers’ feedback for the product management team
  9. Educate customers on product usage and work to retain customers for a longer period
  10. Track and report the number of customers joined or left with reasons on daily/weekly /monthly basis
  11. Closely work with US team and takeover or handover everyday tasks
  12. Work from 4.00 PM to 1.00 AM IST (Mon-Fri)

Qualifications

  1. BE in Computer Science / Electronics or related branches or MCA

Required Skills

  1. Should have at least 3+ years experience in a client success role and/or account management role
  2. Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate analysis
  3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (spoken and written)
