Job: Product Manager - CRM

Location: Mangalore - India

Summary

UniCourt is searching for a Product Manager, who will be part of our global product team and can lead a Business Analysts team and Product Support team.

The Product Manager will work with our U.S.-based product, sales, and marketing teams to understand business requirements, build and prioritize roadmaps with epics and user stories, and ensure that requirements are described in sufficient technical detail to be actionable by the CRM development team. The Product Manager will also engage cross-functional teams, including, but not limited to, marketing, support, and solutions engineering to understand needed integrations between the software stacks of these departments.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Provide leadership to our CRM product team, made up of a product designer, data analyst, and engineering team members.
  2. The discovery, definition, and documentation of requirements from U.S. teams with a focus on working with our U.S. product, sales, and marketing teams.
  3. Cooperate with product owners, support, and other departments on requirements and prioritization.
  4. Create roadmaps based on input from product owners, operations, and internal teams.
  5. Create and execute release planning.
  6. Orchestration of all interactions with development.
  7. Provide prioritization to engineering managers.
  8. Ensure good user experience from the internal client point of view, and be the voice of the client to the technical and product teams.
  9. Define and create the content of all development efforts, including backlog management.
  10. Manage the backlog and Jira epics as part of the requirements process.
  11. Manage larger scale internal or external product projects as needed.
  12. Coordinate with internal and external teams to complete projects.
  13. Oversee the execution of development activities and participate in internal development meetings and efforts.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Engineering.

Required Skills

  1. 10+ years of work experience in the IT/Tech Industry.
  2. 5+ years of product management experience.
  3. Experienced using project management tools like Jira.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  1. Experience with sales and marketing processes, including CRMs such as Espo CRM and Marketing automation software such as HubSpot or Marketo and their corresponding integrations.
