Job: Solutions Engineer

Summary

UniCourt is looking to hire an experienced solutions engineer to work alongside our passionate sales team. As a solutions engineer, you will be required to conduct discovery calls with our trained Sales Representatives, draft and deliver presentations, demonstrate the features of UniCourt products, and create customized solutions for the client.

To ensure success as a solutions engineer, you will need to develop in-depth knowledge of UniCourt's API and web applications and have a passion for sales.

A top-notch solutions engineer drives sales by understanding client use cases and demonstrating existing API and web application workflows as well as documenting new requirements for solutions that are tailor-made to the customer's needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Conducting client discovery calls with sales representatives
2. Meeting with clients to discuss their legal data needs
3. Strategizing with the sales team to understand client use cases
4. Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted products
5. Designing and documenting workflows that address the client's use case
6. Designing and documenting new requirements needed to address the client's use case
7. Assisting sales with post-closing follow-ups.
8. Developing relationships and maintaining customer relations.
9. Supporting the sales team with all technical-related queries.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
2. Previous work experience as a solutions engineer.
