We are very proud to announce that our own Josh Blandi was recognized as one of the top three CEO’s in the legal technology community. Josh ranking second in the Disruptor Daily\u2019s 2018 Future of Law Awards<\/a> demonstrates that UniCourt is a leading force in the legal tech community.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe future of the legal profession includes Big Data and AI technology,\u201d Josh said. \u201cWhile change might seem scary to some, what\u2019s developing will make the legal industry more efficient and transparent. For UniCourt, the future includes increasing our reach, connecting more people to more jurisdictions and court records, and unlocking the potential of court data.\u201d<\/p>\n

Being recognized for his work \u201con the front lines of the legal industry\u201d was satisfying, but according to Josh, having an excuse to give a shout out to the Disruptor Daily also feels good.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe legal field is being utterly transformed by technology at an accelerating rate, but as changes happen in the legal field we should recognize that we\u2019re really following in the footsteps of what has happened in other industries like finance, medicine, and media,\u201d Josh said.<\/p>\n

The Disruptor Daily is a publication that asks the question, \u201cWho is coming to eat your lunch?\u201d They aim \u201cto help executives, founders, and investors keep a pulse on the latest trends, innovations, and companies shaping the future of their industries.\u201d UniCourt\u2019s vision of a more transparent legal system dovetails with the Disruptor Daily\u2019s vision of a future where the status quo is disrupted by digital innovation.<\/p>\n
