UniCourt is a leader in making court data more organized, accessible, and useful and we are committed to improving access to court records from state<\/a> and federal (PACER) courts<\/a> across the United States. We provide our clients with bulk access to the legal data they need through our Legal Data APIs and our intuitive, easy to use application, and we also provide the public with free access to millions of court cases through our public case pages and free online search engines for hundreds of US courthouses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last month, we announced that we onboarded the Supreme Court of the United States<\/a> into UniCourt\u2019s legal database, and this month we\u2019re excited to announce that we have onboarded Arkansas state courts into our system. With this latest addition, our clients can now access court records from state and federal courts in Arkansas, including Arkansas District Courts, Circuit Courts, the Court of Appeals, and the Arkansas Supreme Court. They can also\u00a0access federal cases from the Eastern District of Arkansas<\/a>, the Western District of Arkansas<\/a>, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On top of the full range of case types available in Arkansas federal courts, UniCourt now provides court coverage<\/a> for Arkansas civil, family, probate, and criminal state cases from the trial court level all the way to the Supreme Court. With the inclusion of the Arkansas Supreme Court, we also offer access to cases of original jurisdiction for the state\u2019s highest court, such as attorney discipline cases from the Arkansas Bar Association and cases involving proposed amendments to the Rules and Comments to the Rules of Professional Conduct for the Bar of Arkansas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For all of the new Arkansas courts in this release, our clients can use our intuitive search and filtering tools and they can get detailed information on the parties, attorneys, and judges involved in litigation, as well as docket information on new filings. They can also download court documents on-demand, and leverage our auto-document download feature to save time and streamline the process of accessing new filings as soon as they become available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
